“中海油16”平台总重达20000吨，作业水深122米，钻井深度超10000米，装腿高度160米，对运输稳定性要求极高。

The "CNOOC 16" platform has a total weight of 20,000 tons, an operational water depth of 122 meters, a drilling depth exceeding 10,000 meters, and a leg height of 160 meters, posing extremely high demands on transport stability.
