近日，我司“泛洲6”轮搭载着54片风电叶片顺利抵达美国温哥华码头。全体船员以高标准、严要求落实各自职责，在船舶设备状况、节能环保和船员实操技能等方面获得当地PSC检察官的认可肯定，“零缺陷”通过了美国PSC检查。

Recently, our "Fan Zhou 6" wheel carrying 54 wind power blades successfully arrived at the Vancouver terminal in the United States. The crew carried out their duties with high standards and strict requirements, and were recognized by local PSC prosecutors in terms of ship equipment condition, energy saving and environmental protection, and crew practical operation skills, and "Zero Defects" passed the PSC inspection in the United States.

我司“泛洲6”轮是一艘船长168.53米，宽36米，载重吨为1.95万吨的重大件运输船，此次运输的航线是从印度杜蒂戈林至美国温哥华。

Our "Fan Zhou 6" is a long 168.53 meters, 36 meters wide, heavy cargo carrier of 19,500 tons of deadweight, the route of the transport from India to the United States of Vancouver.

叶片是风力发电机中最基础和最关键的部件，超长超宽、占据空间大、价值高、易受损，在运输过程中的装载绑扎尤为重要。我司技术部人员经过精心策划和精确配载，叶片被准确无误地吊装上船。随后，我们利用特别定制的框架对叶片进行了稳固固定。在对本次航线的海况进行详尽分析和计算后，我们制定了相应的绑扎方案，并使用铁链条对框架进行了额外加固，以确保海上运输的安全性。

Blade is the most basic and most critical component in wind turbine, super long and super wide, occupy a large space, high value, easy to damage, in the process of transportation loading and lashing is particularly important. After careful planning and precise loading by our technical department personnel, the blades were hoisted onto the ship correctly. We then secured the blades using a specially tailored frame. After detailed analysis and calculation of the sea conditions of this route, we developed the corresponding lashing plan, and used iron chain bars for additional reinforcement of the frame to ensure the safety of maritime transport.
