近日,我司的“泛洲6”轮成功装载了一架超大超宽的岸桥以及九件不同尺寸的罐体,安全驶离张家港码头,启程前往“一带一路”沿线的印度尼西亚和泰国。
Recently, our "Fanzhou 6" successfully loaded a super wide shore bridge and nine tanks of different sizes, and safely sailed away from Zhangjiagang Pier to set off for Indonesia and Thailand along the "Belt and Road".
负责此次运输任务的是我司的“泛洲6”轮,这是一艘长168.53米,宽36米,载重吨为1.95万吨的重大件运输船。此项目涉及的货物种类繁多且结构复杂,水面以上最大宽度达到93.59米,其中9根罐体中最重的罐体达到150吨。由于船上空间极为有限,加之需要考虑多种装船方式和海固绑扎作业的施工空间,所面临的挑战极为巨大。
In charge of this transportation task is our "Fanzhou 6" ship, which is 168.53 meters long, 36 meters wide, heavy cargo carrier with 19,500 tons of deadweight. The project involves a wide variety of cargo and complex structure, with a maximum width of 93.59 meters above the water surface, of which the heaviest tank of the nine tanks reaches 150 tons. Due to the extremely limited space on board, and the need to consider multiple loading methods and construction space for sea binding operations, the challenges are enormous.

Our technical department personnel through careful planning and careful layout, before loading with the relevant parties to fully coordinate, established a detailed loading sequence, and developed a precise loading plan, to take the combination of large ro-ro loading and small lifting loading mode.
