随着一声声长鸣,我司船舶承载着4台岸桥和13台轮胎吊陆续从大连启航,驶向斯里兰卡。

本次运输任务十分紧迫,但装货的码头尚未正式启用,各方面的装船条件都不成熟,给货物装船增加了很大的难度,如何保质按期发航,公司面临着巨大的挑战。

承担本次运输项目的是两艘甲板自航船,一艘船长166.8米船宽42米,另一艘船长139.8米船宽为41米。
The transport project was undertaken by two self-propelled deck vessels, one 166.8 meters long and 42 meters wide, and the other 139.8 meters long and 41 meters wide.
承载的4台岸桥,每台大约重达1620吨。岸桥的滚装上船作业依赖于精确的牵引操作,并对潮汐条件有着严格的要求。公司技术团队综合考虑了船舶动态、潮汐变化以及码头标高,通过精心调配货物重量与牵引操作的无缝协作,成功地将岸桥准确无误地滚装至船舶甲板。同时鉴于岸桥的庞大重量和较高的重心,对绑扎方案进行了精细的计算,并对绑扎结构进行了优化和加固,以确保整个海运过程的安全性。
It carries four shore Bridges, each weighing about 1,620 tons. The ro-ro operation of the quay bridge relies on precise towing operations and has strict requirements for tidal conditions. The company's technical team took into account ship dynamics, tidal changes and dock elevation, and successfully rolled the quay bridge onto the ship deck without error through a seamless collaboration of carefully calibrated cargo weights and towing operations. At the same time, considering the huge weight and high center of gravity of the shore bridge, the lashing scheme is carefully calculated, and the lashing structure is optimized and reinforced to ensure the safety of the whole shipping process.
在处理轮胎吊的装船过程中,我们借助其自身的动力,通过在码头与船甲板之间铺设过渡板实现滚装上船。然而,由于轮胎吊的数量众多,可用于绑扎的空间极为有限。为此,技术团队进行了大量的设计和计算工作,确定了最佳的绑扎加固方案。这一方案不仅最大限度地利用了船舶甲板的空间,且确保了海运过程的安全性。
In the process of handling the loading of the tire crane, we use its own power to achieve ro-RO loading by laying transition plates between the dock and the ship deck. However, due to the large number of tire cranes, the space available for tying is extremely limited. To this end, the technical team carried out a lot of design and calculation work to determine the best binding reinforcement scheme. This solution not only maximizes the use of space on the ship deck, but also ensures the safety of the shipping process.
11月9日,货物全部装船发航,尽管面临航次紧迫、任务紧急以及装船难度大的多重挑战,我们依然在业主指定的时间窗口内成功完成了发运,得到了业主的肯定。
On November 9th, all the goods were shipped and set sail. Despite the multiple challenges of urgent voyage, urgent task and difficult loading, we still successfully completed the shipment within the time window specified by the owner, which was affirmed by the owner.
